Yes. Once our team are done with a clients website project, we give the client 100% control of their website. The client can change or update content and images as they wish. However for clients who are on a monthly instalment plan, we offer 2-5 website revisions on the design and content only. After the full amount is paid, the client gets 100% control of their website.

We do not have a fixed price for our web design services. The price varies depending on the features the client wants. However our website starting price is KES 15,000 (one-off payment) or KES 1,500 (monthly payments) with domain name registration, basic hosting and SSL certificate included. We occasionally run promotions and give discounts on special occasions. Follow our social media platforms for more information about offers or discounts that may be available.

The client owns 100% of the domain name and website built. Our services are only development and deployment of the website. For clients who pay via monthly installments, website and domain ownership will be transferred to the client once the full payment is complete.

Website development times depend with complexity and features of the website. Ideally basic websites delivery period is 3 working days or 72 hrs. This time is inclusive of 2-5 revisions for image placement, content and structural design modifications depending on your design package. For more complex designs, delivery period may vary.

Our dedicated team of developers will handle regular maintenance of all client websites on a daily basis for all clients who are on a monthly payment plans. For clients who will pay the development fee all at once, we offer free 3 months maintenance for free. After that a reasonable charge will be required. 

All our payments and submissions are managed by our proprietary system. In the event payments are not made as scheduled, your website will be deactivated and email services suspended as per our terms and conditions for operations. Once payment is done and reflected from our end, your services will be automatically restored to normal settings.
